1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how PXV Digital Services LLC, operating as Hubpost("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our scheduling and publishing platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Name and email address provided when you create an account.
- Billing information: Payment details processed securely by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
- Connected social media accounts: When you connect a social media account, we receive and store OAuth access and refresh tokens, your account identifier on that platform (e.g., page id, channel id, open id), display name, username, and profile picture URL. These are required to publish on your behalf and to display which account is connected in our interface.
- Content you submit: Captions, media files (videos, images), scheduling times, and per-platform publishing options you configure in our composer.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, posts created, and session activity.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies collected automatically when you access the Service.
- Support communications: Messages you send us via email or other support channels.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the scheduling and publishing service.
- Authenticate to connected social media platforms on your behalf and publish the content you have explicitly scheduled or submitted for immediate publishing.
- Display your connected accounts in our interface so you can confirm which destination a post will be published to.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional communications such as receipts, security alerts, and service updates.
- Detect and investigate potential violations of our Terms of Use.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell your personal information, do not use your content or connected-platform data for advertising, and do not use it to train machine learning models.
4. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
Hubpost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained through YouTube Data API scopes (youtube.readonly, youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl) is used solely to (i) identify the YouTube channel you have connected and (ii) upload videos you submit through our composer to that same channel. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice. We do not use this data to serve advertisements and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. You can revoke Hubpost's access to your Google account at any time via Google's permissions page.
5. Social Media Platform Access
To provide the Service, we use OAuth to connect to your accounts on platforms including (but not limited to) YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and LinkedIn. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to publish and manage the posts you create, and we do not read private messages. Each platform's use of your data is governed by that platform's own privacy policy. You can disconnect any account from your Hubpost settings at any time, which deletes the stored tokens and account record. Where the platform supports it, deauthorization performed inside that platform also triggers automatic removal of your connection from Hubpostvia the platform's deauthorization webhook.
6. Information Sharing
We share your information only as necessary to provide the Service or comply with the law. This includes:
- Connected social media platforms: Content and metadata you publish are transmitted to the platforms you have connected, using the API endpoints offered by each platform.
- Payment processors: Billing and transaction data is handled by our payment processors under their own security and compliance standards.
- Infrastructure and operations: We use third-party services for hosting, file storage, content delivery, and analytics, which may process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Hubpost, its users, or the public.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information, scheduled posts, and connected-account records for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a social media account, the corresponding tokens and identifiers are deleted promptly. When you delete your Hubpost account, all associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, secure storage of access and refresh tokens, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities.

11. Children's Privacy
Hubpost is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
