Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hubpost, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Hubpost provides a social media scheduling and publishing platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. The service includes access to scheduling tools, analytics, and a developer API.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Hubpost, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the subscription plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) days of your initial purchase, provided no significant usage of the service has occurred. Refunds apply only to initial purchases, not to renewals.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hubpost to publish or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to use the service to send spam, impersonate others, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Hubpost. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. All Hubpost branding, features, and technology are the property of Hubpost and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. API Usage

Access to the Hubpost API is subject to rate limits and usage policies as described in our API documentation. You agree not to abuse, overload, or use the API in ways that could harm the service or other users. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hubpost makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hubpost or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

10. Modifications to Terms

Hubpost may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hubpost operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
